Job Description

Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring academic, administrative, and sales targets are met. Plan and execute student acquisition and admission campaigns at the local level. Supervise and motivate the counseling, admissions, and operations team for consistent performance. Handle walk-ins, inquiries, lead follow-ups, and ensure maximum student conversions. Ensure excellent student and parent experience through smooth communication and support. Manage branch budgets, petty cash, and basic financial reporting. Maintain coordination with Center Head / Regional Head for strategic goals and reporting. Drive community engagement, school visits, and local partnerships for lead generation. Oversee compliance, safety, and infrastructure maintenance within the branch.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
