Job Responsibilities

:

Oversee day-to-day hospital operations ensuring smooth functioning of all departments. Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, support staff, and administration for effective service delivery. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH). Monitor patient satisfaction, resolve escalations, and ensure excellent patient care services. Handle manpower planning, shift rosters, discipline, and grievance management. Supervise billing, front office, medical records, pharmacy, and housekeeping operations. Maintain coordination with corporate office and act as the single point of contact for the unit. Drive business growth through local tie-ups, doctor engagement, and service quality. Prepare and analyze operational reports, and implement performance improvement measures. Monitor stock, procurement, maintenance, and overall hospital infrastructure requirements.

Key Requirements

:

Proven experience as a Hospital Administrator or Operations Manager in a healthcare setup. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage multi-disciplinary teams. Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and make quick decisions in a clinical environment. Fluency in Kannada and English preferred.
