Job Description

The Unit Coordinator is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic/unit, ensuring high standards of service delivery, team coordination, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company protocols. The role involves supervising staff, managing schedules, handling client queries, and maintaining operational efficiency at the branch level.

Operational Management



Oversee daily operations of the clinic/unit to ensure seamless functioning. Coordinate with doctors, therapists, nurses, and other staff to maintain workflow efficiency. Ensure timely opening and closing of the unit and adherence to operational schedules. Manage appointment bookings, client flow, and service timelines. Ensure that all equipment, inventory, and infrastructure are maintained in working order.

Administrative Duties



Maintain attendance, duty rosters, and leave records for all staff. Supervise billing, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting to the head office. Coordinate with accounts for payroll support, petty cash, and procurement needs.

Customer Relations



Greet and assist clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Address customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively. Monitor client feedback and take proactive steps to improve service experience. Support marketing or promotional initiatives at the unit level.

Team Coordination



Assign tasks and ensure accountability among team members. Conduct daily briefing sessions with staff to review schedules and responsibilities. Facilitate internal communication between departments and the management. Ensure staff adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and code of conduct.

Compliance & Reporting



Ensure compliance with all company protocols, statutory regulations, and safety norms. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations, sales, and performance. Coordinate with HR for documentation, onboarding, and employee support processes.
Experience - 2 years experience in senior role who is able to handle a clinic properly
