Key Responsibilities:

Perform haircuts, trims, and styling for men, women, and children. Provide coloring services, including highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, and creative color. Offer hair treatments such as deep conditioning, keratin, or scalp treatments. Advise clients on hair care, styles, and at-home maintenance. Keep work area clean, organized, and in compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Maintain knowledge of current hair trends and techniques. Upsell salon products and services when appropriate. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Manage bookings and maintain punctuality for appointments.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Hairdressing (or equivalent qualification). Proven experience as a unisex hairdresser or stylist. Strong skills in both men's and women's haircuts and styles. Knowledge of various coloring techniques and hair treatments. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with textured and multicultural hair types. Barbering skills (fades, beard trims, etc.). Product knowledge and retail experience. Social media or content creation skills for client engagement (optional).

Working Hours:

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
