Key Responsibilities:

Perform professional haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments for both men and women Suggest hairstyles and haircare routines according to client preferences and face shapes Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining a high level of service and hygiene Assist in promoting salon services, packages, and offers Collaborate with the salon team for photoshoots, transformations, and marketing content Maintain tools, workstations, and salon cleanliness

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a hairdresser/stylist (unisex preferred) Strong knowledge of haircuts, color techniques, and styling tools Understanding of hair treatments (rebonding, keratin, smoothening, etc.) Friendly and professional behavior with excellent communication skills (Hindi, Punjabi, or English) Ability to work in a team and handle clients confidently Must be punctual, creative, and passionate about hairstyling
