• Bachelor\'s degree in labor relations, law, industrial relations, or a related field; a Juris Doctor (JD) degree may be preferred.

Experience:-

• Total 4-6 years of experience in labour relations, collective bargaining, and labour law.

Skill set:-

• Profound knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and labor-related legal proceedings.
• Exceptional negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• A deep commitment to the principles of labor unionism, workers\' rights, and the welfare of union members.
• Membership in a relevant bar association or labor union, if required.

Job Type :-Full Time Immediate Join Profile Introduction:- A Union Manager specializing in labor law is responsible for managing and representing the interests of a labor union and its members. They play a crucial role in enforcing labor laws, negotiating labor agreements, and advocating for the rights, benefits, and well-being of union members. Responsibility:-

• Union Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the labor union, setting organizational goals and priorities in line with the interests of union members.
• Collective Bargaining: Lead negotiations for collective bargaining agreements, ensuring that the terms and conditions of employment, wages, benefits, and working conditions are favorable to union members.
• Member Representation: Act as the primary representative of union members in negotiations with employers, government agencies, and other stakeholders, and advocate for their rights and concerns.
• Grievance Resolution: Investigate and address grievances brought forth by union members, including disputes, contract violations, workplace conflicts, and unfair labor practices.
• Compliance Enforcement: Ensure that employers adhere to labor laws, regulations, and contractual obligations, taking action when violations occur.
• Contract Oversight: Monitor and enforce the terms of labor contracts, including dispute resolution and addressing issues related to contract compliance.
