Trainee : Unified Communications (UC)

Experience: Freshers (0-1 year)

Location: Chennai / Gurugram

Role Overview:

Seeking CCNA Voice/Collaboration-trained freshers to work on Cisco UC configuration, VoIP technologies, SIP, and voice gateway setups in a project-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in configuring Cisco CUCM: device pools, DNs, partitions, CSS, dial plans. Support setup and testing of SIP trunks, CUBE, and voice gateways (H.323/SIP/MGCP). Work on VoIP/SIP call flows, RTP media analysis, and codec configurations. Learn and assist in configuring Unity Connection (voicemail users, call handlers). Participate in lab setups, system builds, UC migrations, and integration tasks. Use Wireshark/RTMT for SIP/RTP analysis and troubleshooting. Prepare basic technical documentation for configurations and test results.

Required Skills:

CCNA Voice / CCNA Collaboration (training or certification). Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, RTP, dial plans, codecs. Networking fundamentals: VLANs, DHCP Option 150, DNS, QoS basics. Good technical aptitude and willingness to learn advanced UC systems. Exposure to CUCM, CUBE, Unity, UCCX. Hands-on practice using Packet Tracer / EVE-NG / GNS3.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
