Unified Communications & Contact Center Engineer - Dubai



We are seeking an experienced

Unified Communications & Contact Center Engineer

with specialized expertise in

Avaya products

and proficiency in other leading UC and CC platforms. This role is based in

Dubai

, and candidates must be willing to

relocate

.

Key Responsibilities



Avaya Expertise:



Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Avaya UC & CC systems, including

CM, SM, SMGR, SBCE, AACC, AES, ACR, WFO, POM

, and Media Gateways. Hands-on experience with Avaya next-gen applications such as

Equinox

and

Breeze

is preferred.

End-User Support:



Provide robust support for end-user devices, resolving technical issues promptly.

System Operations:



Conduct routine system health checks, perform regular maintenance, and administer Avaya IPT and Contact Center systems. Handle business-as-usual (BAU) tasks and escalate issues as needed.

Documentation:



Maintain thorough documentation of problems, solutions, and processes for reference.

Cloud Solutions:



Work with

Avaya Cloud

and other cloud-based UC platforms, with preference for

Avaya Cloud Office (ACO)

or

RingCentral Cloud Office (RCO)

experience.

Networking & Security:



Basic knowledge of

Network/Security/Firewall

and

VMware technologies

is desirable.

Cross-Platform Skills:



Exposure to other UC & CC solutions such as

Cisco

and

Microsoft Teams

is advantageous.

Travel and On-Call Support:



Be available for on-call support and occasional travel to client sites. Maintain flexibility in working hours to accommodate business and client needs.

Preferred Qualifications



Avaya Certifications:

ACIS & ACSS in Avaya Aura Core Components or equivalent. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills on Avaya UC & CC platforms. Networking certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA) or relevant experience is an added advantage.

Experience Requirements



Minimum of

4+ years

of experience with Avaya UC & CC products. Proficiency in

Session Manager, System Manager, AES

, and Avaya Contact Center solutions. Familiarity with advanced reporting and system performance tools such as

CMS

and

AAEP

.

Relocation to Dubai



This position is based in

Dubai
