- This role requires the follow Competencies and Experience;
- Minimum of 4 years UC support experience with technologies such as NICE Contact Centre , Mitel, Ribbon SBC, Video Conferencing equipment and setup, 0365 / Teams Calling
- Ability to work in a billable hour’s environment

Purpose of Role As a key member of the service delivery team, you will be providing 2nd level UC support to our Unified Communications clients.
This role requires a strong knowledge, from a technical delivery aspect of Unified Communications, ideally across multiple technology platforms.
In the delivery implementation process, you will be assisting the lead consultant ensuring that the UC services are delivered to the customer scope, and that the knowledge management and process internally within Brennan will support the customer base.
In the support assurance process, you will be accountable for service related issues, including Moves, Adds and Changes. As this role evolves, it is key that you train and guide others within the process to ensure work is being completed in the Service Desk, and NOC teams as required.
Your passion for service excellence will ensure we deliver high levels of client satisfaction. As this is a client facing role, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your service excellence will gain you a trusted advisor relationship with your clients. These clients will then turn to you for IT advice and consultancy on how best to leverage Unified Comms in their environment.
