We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Unicommerce Executive

to manage and streamline our order processing, inventory management, and returns through the Unicommerce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Unicommerce and a deep understanding of marketplace integrations like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily order processing, fulfillment, and tracking using the Unicommerce platform. Handle inventory updates and ensure stock accuracy across all marketplaces. Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners for timely dispatch and delivery. Process returns and exchanges efficiently and update status in Unicommerce. Troubleshoot integration issues with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on order status, inventory levels, and returns. Ensure adherence to SLAs for shipping and order fulfillment. Regularly audit the system to identify discrepancies and improve workflow.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with Unicommerce. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.). Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in fashion, clothing, or similar e-commerce verticals. Familiarity with warehouse operations and courier integrations.

Salary:

[20k - 25k]
