Company is looking for an experienced candidate to handle Unicommerce software. The role involves maintaining stock entries, processing orders, billing, dispatch, and managing returns from e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Unicommerce and a good understanding of e-commerce order management.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry of products and stock in Unicommerce software.
Handle order processing, billing, and dispatch through Unicommerce.
Manage returns and exchanges for e-commerce orders.
Maintain accurate stock and order records in the system. Proper inventory reports in the system.
Coordinate with warehouse and courier teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
Generate basic reports from Unicommerce as required by management.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-3 years (preferred) in e-commerce data entry or operations.
Software Knowledge: Must have hands-on experience with Unicommerce
Education: Minimum Graduate (any discipline).
Skills: Good computer literacy, accuracy in data entry, understanding of e-commerce workflows.
