Job Description

Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Unibasic, Unidata, and Pickbasic.

Work with multi-value database environments to develop efficient and scalable solutions.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs.

Perform system integration, data migration, and performance tuning.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, testers, and infrastructure teams.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and user guides.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on expertise in Unibasic, Unidata, Pickbasic programming languages.

Experience with MultiValue Databases (MVDB).

Good knowledge of system architecture and integration concepts.

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.

Ability to work in Agile/Waterfall project environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

Experience in modernization/migration projects from MultiValue platforms to relational databases or cloud.

Familiarity with SQL databases and reporting tools.

Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
