Job Title: Manager - Credit Underwriting - Housing Finance - Mumbai

Job Responsibility
You will build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders

You will underwrite home loans for customers from the affordable sector

Your role would include evaluating financial projections & assessing risk

You will use your proactive personality to take on time sensitive challenges and ensure fast approvals

You will analyse data and present recommendations about portfolio performance

You will engage with & train front end sales people to improve the inflow of loan applications

You will be an anchor for the company by increasing profitability and minimizing risk while improving the turn around timeKey Skills:Key Skills:

Should be a passionate believer in the financial revolution happening in the country

Should have very good interpersonal skill sets to seamlessly integrate in a young start up environment

A strong sense of credit assessment for informal income customers and ability to come with out of the box solutions

Mandatory:
Should be- MBA / Chartered Accountant with Experience of Credit analytics or underwriting of loans

Exposure to any product amongst: Housing Loans/Home Loans/ Affordable Home Loans

Industry: BFSI/NBFC/Banking

Gender: Open

Experience: Minimum 3+ years

Job Location: Mumbai, Andheri East

Working Days: 6 days

Qualification: MBA/CA

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
