As part of the underwriting team, you will contribute to achieving organizational goals by supporting policy issuance, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a proactive approach and strong teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales and Claims teams to support policy issuance.
Generate quotations for new and renewal policies.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of all incoming documents.
Maintain digital and physical records of policy documentation.
Assign policy identification numbers for internal use.
Coordinate with insurance companies for timely policy delivery.
Share renewal alerts with Sales team monthly.
Ensure client communication is professional and well-documented.
Maintain a prompt support system for team members.
Ideal Candidate:
Team player with a customer-first mindset.
Experience in general insurance underwriting.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Strong follow-up and communication skills.
Candidate experienced in Fire/property underwriting will be given preference.
Salary is no Bar for experienced candidate
