Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Executive to join our Feedback Team. The role involves collecting customer feedback, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will play a key role in driving service improvements by being the voice of the customer.



Hiring Branch Location - Noida/Gurgoan/Mohali/Jaipur/Indore/Lucknow/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Mumbai



Key Responsibilities:



Engage with customers via calls, emails, chats, or surveys to collect feedback on their


experience.



Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.

Document feedback, categorize it based on themes, and escalate issues to relevant teams.

Collaborate with the Quality, Product, and Support teams to suggest service or product


improvements.



Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Follow up with customers post-resolution to ensure satisfaction.

Provide daily/weekly reports to management highlighting trends in customer feedback.
