Position: Businesss Development Executive (UPSC Vertical) Company - Unacademy Location: Delhi - Karol Bagh Employment Type: Full-Time Immediate Joiners Preferred UPSC Knowledge is a Must About the Role : We are looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented professional with strong UPSC knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrolments, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in guiding aspirants through our UPSC programs and ensuring a seamless enrolment experience.Key Roles & Responsibilities : - Prospecting & Lead Generation - Identify and research potential clients, students, and target markets. - Generate leads through online research, networking, cold calling, and collaboration with local schools and communities.- Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. - Understand client needs and recommend suitable learning programs. - Deliver excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Sales & Revenue Growth - Develop and execute strategies to achieve enrolment and revenue targets. - Conduct persuasive presentations and counselling sessions. - Negotiate and close sales effectively - Market Analysis - Stay informed on market trends, student behavior, and competitor activities. - Analyze data to identify business opportunities and improve strategies. - Reporting & Documentation - Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in the CRM. - Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for management review. - Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, and academic) to achieve common goals. - Provide feedback and insights to improve offerings and student experience. - Student Counselling & Enrolment Assistance - Interact with prospective students to understand their academic goals and preferences. - Assist students throughout the enrolment process - from course selection to registration and fee payment.- Follow up with leads to encourage conversions. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred). - Strong understanding of UPSC exams and related programs is mandatory. - Proven experience across the full sales cycle, including deal closure. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in English or Hindi (both preferred) - Experience using CRM software or sales tracking tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
