Job Title: Ultrasonic Welding Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Ultrasonic Welding Supervisor will oversee the ultrasonic welding operations, ensuring high-quality production of welded components according to specifications. The role involves supervising operators, maintaining equipment, troubleshooting welding issues, and coordinating with production and quality teams to achieve efficiency and product standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide ultrasonic welding operators to ensure smooth production processes.

Monitor welding parameters and ensure compliance with technical specifications.

Conduct regular quality checks on welded components to maintain product standards.

Troubleshoot welding equipment issues and coordinate maintenance when required.

Train operators on proper ultrasonic welding techniques and safety protocols.

Ensure production targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Maintain documentation for production reports, welding parameters, and quality inspections.

Collaborate with engineering and quality teams for process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering or relevant field.

Proven experience in ultrasonic welding operations and supervision.

Strong understanding of ultrasonic welding machines and their maintenance.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of quality standards (ISO, ASTM, or company-specific standards) is a plus.

Reporting To: Production Manager / Plant Manager

Work Environment:

Manufacturing / Production floor

Exposure to machinery noise, safety equipment required
