Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Technician / UT Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

on forged & machined components Identify internal defects such as cracks, inclusions, laminations, porosity Interpret UT signals and evaluate results as per applicable standards Prepare

UT inspection reports

& maintain quality documentation Inspection as per

customer drawings, QAP & specifications

Coordinate with production & quality teams for corrective actions Follow safety & quality procedures strictly
Eligibility:

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. (Physics) preferred

Certification:

UT Level I / Level II (ASNT / ISO / PCN)

mandatory

Experience:

2-5 years in

steel forging / heavy engineering industry

Knowledge of

ASTM / ASME / ISO / EN standards

Ability to read drawings & inspection plans
Salary:

?18,000 - ?30,000 per month

(Negotiable as per experience & certification)
