Perform Ultrasonic Testing (UT) on weld joints, plates, pipes, and components to detect internal defects. Prepare, calibrate, and maintain testing equipment. Record, interpret, and report test results accurately. Identify and evaluate any internal discontinuities or flaws. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Maintain proper inspection reports and documentation. Coordinate with clients and third-party inspectors as needed. --- Skills Required: Hands-on experience with Ultrasonic Flaw Detector and related instruments. Good knowledge of NDT codes and standards (ASME, ASTM, ISO, etc.). Ability to read technical drawings and weld symbols. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer knowledge for documentation and reporting.
