US IT Recruiters with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience
who are interested in working on UK-based requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering high-quality candidates within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across the
UK market
(primary focus).
Source and screen candidates using job portals such as
LinkedIn, CV-Library, Indeed, JobServe, Reed
, and other relevant platforms.
For US IT Recruiters: adapt sourcing strategies to UK hiring requirements and market practices.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Negotiate offers, contract rates, and salary packages with candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
Work closely with delivery teams and account managers to ensure smooth onboarding.
Develop long-term relationships with candidates to support ongoing hiring needs.
Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
2+ years
of experience recruiting for the UK or US IT staffing market with the ability and willingness to work on UK-based roles.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring practices.
Knowledge of UK recruitment processes and compliance is a strong advantage (training can be provided for US recruiters).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience sourcing candidates through job portals and professional networks.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Experience using ATS systems and MS Office tools.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and detail-oriented professional.
