Description: 
 CTGis seeking UKG Kronos Support Analysts provides functional and technical support for the UKG Kronos Workforce Management system in a healthcare IT environment. This role ensures accurate timekeeping, scheduling, leave management, and labor reporting while supporting HR, Payroll, and departmental managers. The analyst serves as a key liaison between IT, HR, and operational staff to optimize workforce processes and system functionality. 
Duties: 
 Provide day-to-day support for Infor CloudSuite applications, including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and human capital management modules. 
 Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, and user inquiries in collaboration with business stakeholders. 
 Maintain system configuration and security, including workflows, roles, permissions, and policies. 
 Support Infor CloudSuite upgrades, patches, and new module implementations, including testing and validation. 
 Assist in the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and ad hoc queries for operational and compliance purposes. 
 Collaborate with operational leadership to identify process improvement opportunities and optimize system usage. 
 Participate in integration initiatives with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or third-party applications. 
 Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and training materials. 
 Provide end-user training and guidance to enhance adoption and effective utilization of CloudSuite features. 
 Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks or areas for improvement. 
Skills: 
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. 
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced IT environment. 
 Knowledge of business processes in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or HR. 
 Ability to translate business requirements into functional system solutions. 
Experience: 
 2-5 years of experience supporting Infor CloudSuite or similar ERP systems. 
 Experience with module configuration, reporting, and system integrations highly desirable. 
 Previous experience in a healthcare, manufacturing, or enterprise environment is a plus. 
Education: 
 Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred. 
 Equivalent hands-on experience in ERP support may be considered. 
 Preferred Certifications: 
 Infor CloudSuite ERP Certification (if available) 
 ITIL Foundation or ERP-related certifications a plus 
 Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

 The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
