Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Integration Engineer to lead the design and development of complex data pipelines between

UKG Pro/Central

,

Logile

, and other enterprise source systems. This role requires a specialist who is not only a developer but also a certified expert capable of meeting UKG's stringent enablement standards.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Development:

Design, build, and manage end-to-end integration pipelines using

UKG Boomi

.

WFC/WFM Expertise:

Utilize 5+ years of experience with Workforce Central (WFC) and Workforce Management (WFM) to ensure seamless data flow.

SDLC Ownership:

Execute the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from gathering specifications and determining operational feasibility to deployment.

Template Management:

Expertly utilize and customize

UKG Boomi Templates

to accelerate delivery and maintain industry standards.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional development teams and third-party vendors to integrate software components into a fully functional system.

Quality & Verification:

Develop comprehensive software verification plans and lead quality assurance (QA) procedures.

Optimization:

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems while performing performance tuning to ensure high availability and scalability.

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills

Certifications:

UKG Boomi Lab Certification

is mandatory.

Enablement:

Must have completed

UKG Boomi Enablement Training

(a prerequisite for developing integrations within the UKG ecosystem).

Technical Proficiency:

Proven experience in building pipelines between UKG Pro/Central and Logile.
Ability to write well-designed, testable, and efficient code. Strong documentation skills for maintaining software functionality and technical specifications.

Process Knowledge:

Experience in deploying programs and evaluating user feedback to comply with project plans.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction. Proven ability to function as a collaborative team player in a hybrid work environment.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
