The Mother Teacher is responsible for nurturing young learners in a holistic, consistent, and emotionally supportive environment. This role integrates teaching across multiple subjects to ensure a smooth learning journey in the early years.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach core subjects to assigned section(s).
Establish a secure and caring classroom environment to support the child's emotional and academic development.
Use child-centric, activity-based teaching methods.
Maintain regular communication with parents about the child's progress.
Observe and assess student development and maintain records.
Coordinate with co-curricular and subject-specific teachers for activities .
