:We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Customer Representatives for our UK Survey Calling Process. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are looking to start their career in the customer service or BPO industry.As a Customer Representative, your role will involve conducting outbound calls to UK customers to gather feedback through pre-scripted surveys. This is not a sales role, and your primary responsibility will be to collect accurate and complete information in a polite and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to UK customers for conducting surveys.
-Follow a given script/questionnaire and input responses accurately.
-Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service.
-Achieve daily/weekly calling and survey completion targets.
-Maintain data confidentiality and call quality standards.
Requirements:
-Fresher or up to 1 year of BPO/Customer Service experience welcome
-Good verbal communication skills in English (UK accent is a plus, not mandatory)
-Comfortable working in UK time zone shifts
-Basic computer skills and ability to handle CRM tools
-A positive attitude and willingness to learn
