This is a full-time on site role for a uk recruiter at Nand Tourism And finserv Limited In Amritsar . The recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting. Hiring technical recruiting and general recruiting task.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Strong Recruiting Experience UK recruitment processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Manage the recruitment and selection process Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the Uk. The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills. 1 YEAR MINIMUM US/UK recruitment exp Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude. Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment. Utilize various talent acquisition strategies to source candidates through online channels (e.g. job portals, professional networks, etc), LinkedIn, internal database, and referrals Learn the technical requirements of various positions, do research as needed, and submit consultants' profiles that match these criteria in a timely manner. Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in a specified region. Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placement.
