We are looking for a Sales Executive and team player who has the ability to multitask. He/She will be responsible to coordinate with the local team as well as team members located in the UK. In depth training shall be provided.
Responsibilities and Duties :
? Work with a UK based client (Property Management).
? Marketing the properties in the UK base portals.
? Pursuit an email campaign for an available property stock to all the Councils / Charities.
? Arrange the viewings for inquiries / referrals reserved from Councils / Portals.
? Perform an eligibility / affordability check for the clients.
? Closing the client and preparing an Agreement and getting both the parties sign.
? Effectively resolve discrepancies and complaints.
? Highly organised and able to prioritise workload Required.
Experience and Qualifications :
? Excellent Fluency in written and verbal English - Must.
? Excellent communication skills.
? Excellent articulation and telephone manner.
? Comfortable with multi-tasking and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
? Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where professionalism and flexibility is essential.
? Takes the initiative while seeking advice and support when appropriate.
? Be a positive influence within the team helping to maintain a mutually supportive and team oriented environment .
Shift timings :
Mon- Fri - 12:30 PM - 10:30 PM, Sat - 12:30 to 7:00 PM ( During Summers)
Mon- Fri - 1:30 PM - 11:30 PM , Sat - 1:30 PM to 8:00 PM ( During Winters)
Note :
Alternate Saturdays are off.

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Business Development: 1 year (Preferred)
