Responsibility for disbursement of salary for offshore seafarers

Resolving payroll queries with relevant stakeholders as and when required.

Process all new starters and leavers, including off signers within the payroll system, ensuring accurate data is recorded.

Responsibility for collating payroll reports, forecasting and advising of any regulatory changes to management.

Responsibility for ensuring compliance with payroll processes and procedures, highlighting any non-conformities

Co-ordinating with the Other Team as and when required

Preparing full and Final settlements of the off-signers

Being Proactive & coming up with the new ideas, resolutions & improvements whenever required
