We work with a large network of professional linguists and are expanding our operations support team in India.
Role Overview
We are looking for a
reliable and detail-oriented operations coordinator
to support our UK team remotely from Hyderabad. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication with clients and linguists, and timely booking of interpreting assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming
phone calls
from
UK clients
in a professional and polite manner
Respond promptly to
emails and enquiries
from clients and linguists
Check
linguist availability
for assignments (court, medical, business, etc.)
Book interpreters based on
availability, language, location, and compliance
Update and maintain booking records and internal systems accurately
Follow clear booking instructions, deadlines, and service-level expectations
Escalate urgent or complex issues to the UK management team when required
Required Skills & Experience
Excellent
spoken and written English
(UK clients--clarity and professionalism essential)
Comfortable handling
phone calls
and client communication
Strong
organisational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work under time pressure
Basic computer skills (email, CRM systems, spreadsheets)
Prior experience in
call handling, customer support, operations, or scheduling
is an advantage
Experience in
translation, interpreting, recruitment, or staffing coordination
is a plus
Working Hours
Primarily aligned with
UK business hours
Some flexibility required for urgent bookings or peak times
Fixed schedule once agreed
