Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of complex commercial contracts and agreements.
• Advise internal teams on everyday legal questions, risks, and compliance-related decisions.
• Interpret and apply relevant UK and EU financial services regulations, including DORA, GDPR, and PRA guidelines.
• Support in-house legal operations, ensuring documentation, processes, and communication flow smoothly.
• Identify potential legal risks and proactively guide teams on how to address and mitigate them.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align contract terms with business goals.
• Maintain strong governance and ensure consistency in contract handling and legal standards.
