Key Responsibilities

Manage

end-to-end recruitment

for UK-based IT positions (permanent/contract). Source candidates through

UK job portals

(CV-Library, Reed, TotalJobs, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed UK, etc.). Conduct detailed

screening and qualification

of candidates based on technical skills and UK role requirements. Coordinate

interviews

, follow-ups, feedback loops, and offer negotiations. Maintain strong relationships with UK clients, hiring managers, and account teams. Maintain accurate recruitment metrics (pipeline, submissions, interview ratios, hiring timelines). Ensure candidates meet

UK right-to-work

, compliance, or documentation guidelines (where applicable). Stay updated on

UK market trends

, salary structures, in-demand technologies, and hiring best practices. Achieve weekly/monthly recruitment targets and performance KPIs.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong knowledge of UK recruitment processes, job boards, and compliance. Experience hiring for roles like Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, BI Analysts, etc. Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) suitable for UK clients. Experience working in

UK shift timings

. Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver within tight timelines. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
