. As a part of our international recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for IT positions in the UK market. This is a great opportunity to start your career in international recruitment and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements shared by UK clients or internal account managers.
Source candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any Bachelor's degree (B.Sc, B.Com, B.A, BBA, BCA, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Willingness to work in UK shift timings (1:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST).
Basic understanding of IT skills and technologies (preferred, not mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
