Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced UK IT Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring IT professionals across the UK market. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing capabilities across multiple job portals, and solid negotiation abilities. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and delivering high-quality candidates within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across the UK market. Source and screen candidates through job portals such as LinkedIn, CV-Library, Indeed, JobServe, Reed, and others. Conduct initial interviews to assess technical fit, experience, communication, and cultural alignment. Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals. Negotiate job offers, contract rates, and salary packages with candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS. Work closely with the delivery team and account managers to ensure smooth onboarding. Develop strong relationships with candidates to support ongoing hiring needs. Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter for the UK market. Strong knowledge of UK recruitment processes and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience sourcing candidates through leading job portals and networking platforms. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close candidates effectively. Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with an ATS and MS Office tools. Target-driven and self-motivated professional.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
