International Support Associates

for a

voice process

position for Bahadurpally (Hyderabad) location. If you have experience in international customer service, and are looking to join a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via voice in a professional and timely manner. Respond to customer inquiries via Voice with clear communication Maintain high-quality service standards with timely responses Flexibility to work in UK rotational shifts, (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs) Education: Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates Excellent communication skills in English Must not be pursuing regular education 2-way cab facility Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply

Prior experience with

international customer support

is

mandatory

. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proven

upselling capabilities

within a support environment. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Immediate joiners only Candidates

must be located in Hyderabad

or willing to relocate at their own expense.
