Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for healthcare roles (Nurses, Care Assistants, Doctors, Allied Health Professionals, etc.).
Source and screen candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and international databases

Coordinate
interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes
.
Ensure candidates meet
healthcare compliance standards
.
Maintain regular communication with
clients and recruitment partners
.
Assist in maintaining accurate candidate records and documentation.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in
healthcare recruitment
, preferably for the
UK/ US market
.
Strong understanding of
international healthcare hiring processes and compliance requirements
.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Experience using
ATS/CRM systems
and online sourcing tools.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment

Detail-oriented with strong
organizational and follow-up skills
