About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Healthcare Recruiter

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

UK healthcare recruitment

, with a strong understanding of compliance, sourcing channels, and client coordination. You will play a key role in connecting qualified healthcare professionals with reputable employers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

end-to-end recruitment

for healthcare roles (Nurses, Care Assistants, Doctors, Allied Health Professionals, etc.). Source and screen candidates through

job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and international databases

. Coordinate

interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes

. Ensure candidates meet

healthcare compliance standards

. Maintain regular communication with

clients and recruitment partners

. Assist in maintaining accurate candidate records and documentation.

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in

healthcare recruitment

, preferably for the

UK/ US market

. Strong understanding of

international healthcare hiring processes and compliance requirements

. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

. Experience using

ATS/CRM systems

and online sourcing tools. Ability to work in a

fast-paced, target-driven environment

. Detail-oriented with strong

organizational and follow-up skills

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
