Key Responsibilities

? Conduct outbound calls to potential respondents and clients in the

UK market

.

? Explain surveys, studies, or research opportunities clearly and professionally.

? Schedule appointments and confirm participation for market research projects.

? Maintain accurate

call logs, respondent databases, and appointment trackers

.

? Build and maintain strong professional relationships with respondents.

? Achieve daily and monthly

appointment-setting and call targets

(with lucrative incentives).

What We're Looking For

?

Excellent English communication skills

- both verbal and written.

? Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.

? Comfortable working

night shifts (7 PM - 4 AM)

.

? Basic knowledge of

MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

.

? Education:

HSC / B.Com or any other degree

.

? Freshers with great communication skills are welcome -

training provided!

? Prior experience in

telecalling / market research / UK client interaction

is an advantage.
