Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage end-to-end operations for UK student visa counselling across all branch offices.
Ensure consistency in counselling quality, service standards, and documentation processes across all locations.
Deliver structured training programs for counsellors and team members on a regular basis across all branches.
Monitor individual and branch-level performance, ensuring each team meets monthly and annual enrolment targets.
Create centralized SOPs for counselling, admissions, and documentation processes, ensuring alignment across all offices.
Conduct branch visits, audits, and performance reviews to ensure smooth operations and identify areas of improvement.
Lead regular inter-office review meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Provide expert counselling support to high-value or escalated student cases.
Coordinate with marketing teams for multi-location campaigns and lead generation strategies.
Maintain central reporting systems and dashboards to track application progress, follow-ups, and closures across branches.
Supervise and guide teams on new updates regarding embassy regulations, university tie-ups, and course offerings.
Foster collaboration between branch teams to ensure knowledge flow and best practices are shared.
Build a strong feedback and mentorship system to develop the skills of junior counsellors and team members.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any stream (Master's degree is an added advantage).
Minimum 2 years of experience in the overseas education sector, specifically handling UK student visa processes.
Strong command of counselling techniques, student profiling, documentation, and admissions.
Experience in multi-branch operations or regional team management will be preferred.
Exceptional communication, team leadership, and organizational skills.
Analytical thinking with a focus on performance tracking and problem-solving.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Professional attitude with a strong student- and client-focused approach.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
