Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one counseling to prospective and enrolled students on academic choices, career paths, and personal development.
Assist students in identifying their goals and matching them with the right programs or services.
Work closely with admissions and support teams to ensure a seamless student onboarding experience.
Respond to queries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor student progress and well-being, proactively offering support or intervention where needed.
Contribute to the development of student support resources and engagement strategies.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and feedback using CRM tools.
Stay updated with trends in UK education, career pathways, and EdTech offerings.
Organize or participate in webinars, virtual events, and workshops focused on student development.
