Bank reconciliation
: Matching bank statements with internal records to spot discrepancies.
Preparing VAT returns
: Calculating and submitting VAT to HMRC.
Generating financial reports
: Such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries.
Payroll support
: Managing employee wages and expense claims.
Assisting accountants
: Helping with year-end accounts .
Skills & Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Experience 2+ years required in Book keeping.
