Identify potential clients, develop business relationships, and secure new staffing opportunities.
Coordinate and negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients.
Maintain and expand a network of Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
Regularly update consultant availability and manage job submissions efficiently.
Track all recruitment activities using internal databases or CRM tools.
Maintain an understanding of current recruiting trends and UK market demands.
Requirements
3 to 7 years of proven experience in UK bench sales or technical recruitment.
Strong marketing and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple profiles.
Well-versed with consulting, subcontracting, and placement processes in the UK IT staffing market.
Familiarity with job boards, networking channels, and social media recruiting.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
