We at Initor Global are expanding and hiring UK Accounting Professionals with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related areas to join our growing team.

As a UK Accountant (Associate / Senior Associate), you will be responsible for managing client accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with UK GAAP. You will work closely with clients, HMRC, and internal teams to deliver accurate accounting and tax services.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare year-end financial statements in compliance with

UK GAAP (FRS 102, FRS 105)

. Handle

bookkeeping, VAT returns (MTD compliant), and management accounts

for multiple clients. Review reconciliations of

bank, debtor, and creditor ledgers

. Prepare

corporation tax computations

and assist with

HMRC submissions

. Liaise with

HMRC

regarding compliance, queries, or investigations. Mentor and supervise

junior accountants and trainees

(Senior Associate level). Ensure timely filing of

accounts, VAT, PAYE, and tax returns

.

Technical & Operational Duties:

Prepare

Excel-based working papers

and extract reports from bookkeeping software. Conduct

general ledger scrutiny

and transaction reallocation/reclassification. Prepare

ETB and year-end journals

. Reconcile balance sheet items including

Fixed Assets, VAT, Payroll, Loans, Hire Purchase, Bank, and Credit Card

. Post entries in finalisation software. Comply with

FRS 102, 102(1A), and 105 reporting standards

. Prepare

corporation tax computations and CT600 forms

.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in

UK Accounting or related domain

(for Associate) / 3-5 years for Senior Associate. Strong knowledge of

UK GAAP, VAT, corporation tax, and HMRC compliance

. Proficiency in

Excel

and accounting software. Excellent

communication and client-handling skills

. Ability to

mentor junior team members

(for Senior Associate). Detail-oriented with a mindset for

learning and continuous improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
