Career Craft Academy, Puducherry Job description -UI/UX and Web Development Trainer Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable UI/UX and Web Development Trainer to join our Career Craft Academy. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, as well as web development technologies and methodologies. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to aspiring designers and developers, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the rapidly evolving field of web design and development. Key Responsibilities: Course Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on UI/UX design principles and best practices, web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), frameworks (e.g., React, Angular), and responsive design techniques. Teach various design tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop,Illustrator, Figma, or other relevant software for UI/UX design. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with curriculum development teams to design, update, and improve training materials, projects, and assignments to ensure they reflect current industry trends and standards. Develop hands-on exercises and projects that allow students to apply theoretical concepts to practical situations. Mentorship and Support: Provide guidance and mentor ship to students, assisting them in understanding complex concepts and troubleshooting technical challenges. Foster a supportive learning environment by addressing individual learning needs and promoting student engagement. Assessment and Feedback: Design and administer assessments, quizzes, and projects to evaluate student progress and understanding. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills and work quality. Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, web development technologies, and best practices. Share industry insights and real-world examples to enhance the learning experience. Professional Development: Continuously enhance your own skills and knowledge in UI/UX design and web development by attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Graphic Design, HCI, etc.) or equivalent work experience. Proven experience as a UI/UX designer and web developer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and development projects. In-depth knowledge of UI/UX design principles, web development languages, and front-end frameworks. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is a plus. Patient, approachable, and able to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles. Problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Passion for learning and staying updated with industry trends.
