UI/UX-focused web Designer
to help us build clean, user-friendly, and visually engaging websites.
What We're Looking For
o Design with purpose - Create clean, user-friendly layouts that not only look great but also align with how users behave and what our clients need.
o Bring ideas to life - Help shape the digital look and feel of our websites, apps, and online tools through thoughtful design and strong visual identity.
o All website layouts must be tested to ensure they function smoothly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
o Support brand growth - Use your creativity to support marketing goals and help build a strong, consistent brand presence across platforms.
o Balance beauty and brains - Your designs should be both aesthetically pleasing and functional -- keeping things fast, accessible, and conversion-friendly.
o Proven design experience - You've got at least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in web or graphic design and a portfolio that shows your range and style.
o Fluent in design tools - Whether it's Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Sketch, you know your way around industry-standard software.
o Strong design sense - You understand the importance of layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design -- and you know how to use them well.
o Tech-savvy mindset - You're comfortable with basic front-end languages like HTML and CSS, and you've worked with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
o Organized and reliable - You manage your time well, juggle multiple projects smoothly, and always deliver on deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
o Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
o Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools for prototyping and user testing.
o Understanding of SEO best practices for design.
o Knowledge of web accessibility standards and performance optimization.
