Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the company website using

Webflow

and

Framer

(and other CMS platforms), ensuring it is secure, up-to-date, and on-brand. Plan and implement UI/UX improvements based on analytics, user feedback, and emerging design trends. Work with marketing and content teams to create and publish new pages, landing pages, and campaign microsites. Ensure mobile responsiveness, accessibility compliance, and SEO optimization across all web pages. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, coordinating with tech resources when required. Implement and maintain best practices for version control, backups, and site performance monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and seamless user journeys. Create wireframes, prototypes, and design assets when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in website management and UI/UX design. Proven expertise in

Webflow

and

Framer

(portfolio required). Proficient in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for minor customizations. Strong design skills with attention to layout, typography, and usability. Familiarity with SEO tools and Google Analytics. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred:

Experience managing healthcare or wellness-related websites. Knowledge of

Figma

,

Canva

, or Adobe Creative Suite. Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
