Key Responsibilities:

+ Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on UI/UX design concepts, tools, and methodologies. + Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and project briefs to align with industry standards.

+ Provide hands-on guidance in using tools like Figma and other prototyping platforms
+ Mentor students through their projects--offering constructive feedback on design decisions, usability, and overall presentation.

Essential Skillset/s:

+ 1+ years of experience in teaching UI/UX design + Genuine passion for teaching
+ Proven experience in UX research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies Proficiency in Figma Experience with prototyping tools and techniques Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices Excellent communication and presentation skills Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects and process Previous teaching or training experience preferred Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) will be an added advantage
