Job Title: UI/UX Manager/Lead

Role Overview: We're looking for a UI/UX Manager/Lead with strong design expertise and leadership skills to drive exceptional user experiences. You'll lead the design process from concept to delivery, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure the design vision aligns with business goals--especially in the banking/fintech space.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead UI/UX efforts across projects and teams.

Convert business goals into intuitive, user-friendly designs.

Design wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes using tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, JustInMind, or Marvel.

Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.

Manage design schedules, estimations, and deliverables.

Guide team members and ensure consistent visual quality across deliverables.

Create clear information architecture and high-level prototypes.

Support frontend/UI development teams with design handoffs and guidelines.

Provide UX solutions tailored to banking or fintech domains (preferred).Desired Skills & Tools:

Proficiency in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Wireframing, and Prototyping tools.

Experience in team handling and client communication.

Understanding of the web development lifecycle (design to deployment).

Familiarity with browser testing, debugging, and layout aesthetics.

Strong analytical thinking and multitasking ability.

Adaptable in a fast-paced, agile work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹3,500,000.00 per year
