Role Overview

We are seeking a

UI/UX Lead

with hands-on expertise in

UI/UX design & research

, dashboard design, micro-animations, and interactive interfaces, combined with experience in video editing, graphic design, social media content, and copywriting.
You will lead the design team, create user-centric and visually attractive designs, and work closely with product and frontend teams to ensure seamless implementation. The role
You will also follow Agile development practices and Scrum methodology, report progress to the team lead, guide the design team, and manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

UI/UX design team

, setting design standards, workflows, and mentoring junior designers. Conduct UI/UX research and user studies to understand user behavior and design requirements. Design

complex, interactive dashboards

and

web/mobile interfaces

that are user-friendly, attractive, and responsive. Develop

modern chatbot UIs

and AI-integrated interfaces that enhance usability and engagement. Create

wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

using

Figma

and other design tools. Define and maintain

design systems

, themes, typography, and color schemes for consistent product experiences. Design

micro-interactions, motion graphics, and animations

using tools like

After Effects, Principle, Lottie, or Figma Smart Animate

. Execute

graphic design and video editing tasks

for marketing, social media, and product promotion using

Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro

. Write and edit

tech-focused copy

for websites, dashboards, AI workflows, and product content. Collaborate with

frontend developers

(React, Next.js, TailwindCSS) to ensure feasible and accurate implementation. Ensure

responsive designs

and screen variants for multiple devices and resolutions. Maintain organized design libraries, documentation, and reusable UI components. Continuously research

UI/UX trends, animation techniques, and AI-assisted design tools

to innovate and improve.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in

UI/UX design

, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong

Figma expertise

and experience with

interactive prototypes and dashboard design

. Proven skills in

video editing, graphic design, and animation tools

(Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Experience in

social media content creation

and

technical copywriting

for websites and products. Hands-on experience with

micro-interactions, motion design, and AI-assisted design tools

. Strong understanding of

user research, usability testing, and user-centered design principles

. Ability to lead complex projects, mentor designers, and manage design workflows.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with frontend development frameworks (

React, Next.js, TailwindCSS

) to design implementable UIs. Experience in

data visualization and interactive analytics dashboards

. Knowledge of

AI integration in UI/UX

, RAG workflows, and chatbot interfaces. Ability to translate complex

AI and automation workflows

into simple, intuitive designs. Understanding of

branding, social media strategies, and digital storytelling
