Job Summary

Capsdata Technologies is looking for a

UI/UX Intern

for a

3-month internship

at our Kochi office. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in

user interface and user experience design

, working closely with the product and development teams. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn modern design practices to create intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Support in conducting

user research, usability testing

, and gathering user feedback. Create

wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes

using Figma or similar tools. Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure smooth implementation of UI designs. Maintain consistency in design standards and contribute to improving user journeys. Stay updated with emerging

UI/UX trends, design systems, and best practices

.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in Design, Computer Science, IT, or related field. Basic understanding of

UI/UX principles, color theory, typography, and responsive design

. Familiarity with tools such as

Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Creative mindset with willingness to learn and take feedback constructively.

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of

HTML, CSS, or front-end technologies

(added advantage). Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Portfolio or sample work demonstrating design capability (academic or personal projects).
