Job Title: UI/UX & Creative Designer (with Video Skills)
Location: Pimple Saudagar, Pune
Experience: 3 5 Years
Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office
Roles & Responsibilities
Product UI/UX Design
Optimize user journeys and improve overall UX across mobile and web platforms.
Design clean, modern user interfaces aligned with user behavior and current design trends.
Build, maintain, and scale component-based design systems.
Stay up to date with industry standards such as Material Design, Apple HIG, and Fluent UI. Marketing & Ad Creatives
Design high-converting banners, flyers, and static creatives for Facebook, Google Ads, and other platforms.
Create and edit video creatives including short-form ads, animated explainers, reels, and social media videos.
Use tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, Runway, or similar. AI Tools & Design Efficiency
Leverage AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL E, Leonardo, Runway, etc.) to accelerate ideation and execution.
Rapidly prototype concepts and generate creative variations for testing and experimentation. Client & Team Collaboration
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
Work with international clients, translating briefs into compelling visual and video content.
Participate in feedback cycles and iterate designs based on performance and stakeholder input. Required Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design, design systems, marketing creatives, and video content.
Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and similar tools.
Proven experience in video editing and motion design.
Comfortable using AI-powered design tools to improve productivity and creativity.
Strong communication skills, especially when working with global or cross-functional teams.
Experience working in consumer products or growth-stage startups.
Familiarity with A/B testing tools or behavioral analytics is an advantage.
Motion design or advanced animation experience is a plus.
