Role Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with UI/UX expertise to craft intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing app experiences for our growing entrepreneur community. You will play a key role in making our platform simple, accessible, and inspiring for users across multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities
Design app screens, interfaces, and graphics that are user-friendly and visually engaging.
Build wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for new features.
Collaborate with product, content, and tech teams to bring designs to life.
Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.
Keep designs simple and accessible for first-time digital users.
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in graphic and UI/UX design.
NID-trained (or similar background in design).
Strong portfolio of app/digital design work.
Proficiency in tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Canva, or motion/prototyping tools such as After Effects, Principle, ProtoPie.
Good understanding of user behavior, accessibility, and mobile-first design.
