About the Role
- UI/UX & Graphic Designer
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time on-site role, ideal for freshers or junior designers eager to gain real-world experience across digital design, user interface design, branding, and visual communication.
You'll work closely with our product, marketing, and tech teams to design engaging digital experiences and ensure our brand visuals are consistent and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI for mobile and web applications (primarily Terrem).
Assist in building intuitive, user-centric interfaces that enhance the product experience.
Collaborate with the product and development teams to iterate on designs based on feedback.
Create visual assets such as social media creatives, banners, brochures, pitch decks, and presentations.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual content and communication platforms.
Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva to produce design work.
Maintain organized design files and manage assets across projects.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX and graphic design trends, best practices, and tools.
Participate in team brainstorming, user testing, and feedback sessions to improve design quality.
Support other design-related tasks such as icon design, infographics, or branding updates.
Who Can Apply
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or any related field
Skills Required:
Solid understanding of design principles (typography, color, layout, spacing, etc.)
Basic knowledge of UI/UX concepts and user-centered design
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD)
Creativity with attention to detail and consistency
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome to apply

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Location Requirement:
This is a full-time, on-site role. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Banjara Hills, Hyderabad before joining.
